Zengar Gölü is a beautiful lake located near Kazan, Russia. Unfortunately, I was not able to find an official website for the lake or any information regarding prices or hours of operation. However, visitors can enjoy hiking and picnicking in the surrounding area, as well as swimming and boating in the lake itself. Nearby attractions include the Kazan Kremlin and the Qol Sharif Mosque, both of which are open daily from 10am to 6pm. Visitors can also explore the Kazan State Circus and the Kazan State Opera and Ballet Theatre. Both venues offer performances throughout the year, with schedules and ticket prices available on their respective websites.
